No-bake energy bites

Packed with wholesome superfoods and natural sweetness, these no-bake energy bites are the perfect grab-and-go snack for busy days. Combining creamy peanut butter, nutrient-dense oats and a blend of nutritional powerhouses like flaxseed and chia seeds, they’re ideal for a pre-workout fuel or guilt-free snack that tastes like a treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup toasted shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Cover the mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours tol help the mixture stick together more easily.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Enjoy immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
