In her role, Joli acts as a guide for employees by customizing care plans, helping book appointments, and completing billing or claims adjudication for appointments. In her role as a Care Navigator, she provides essential support for employees who need it. | |
Jaya Mohabir is part of the Clinical Operations team with TELUS Health MyCare, and supports the psychology program as an Internal Psychology Associate. She acts as a liaison between patients and mental health professionals, and helps ensure that patients are getting the quality mental health support they need. | |
Rachel Malcangi is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with TELUS Health Care Centres in Montréal, Quebec. Rachel’s work as a dietitian sees her playing a pivotal role in the preventive health of our Care Centres clients. |
