Makes 4-6 brochettes / prep time: 15 min / cooking time: 8-10 min
Ingredients
4 peaches, halved and pitted
¼ cup basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions

Preheat the BBQ to medium heat and clean and oil the grill.

Season the peaches with a bit of salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

Grill cut side down for 4-5 minutes without moving them to create the best grill marks.

Flip the peaches and grill another 4-5 minutes, until tender.

Serve the peaches by placing each half on a small brochette with a couple of basil leaves.
