Although you can buy different snacks these days, none of them can compete with homemade snacks. Here are 2 healthy snack recipes that can help you get through the day while working from home. They are made with simple and nutritious ingredients and are perfect to help give you the fuel you need to take on any day.

1 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup large flake oats
1 cup dates, pitted
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1-2 tablespoon coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup shredded coconut
In a food processor or a blender, coarsely chop the almonds.
Add the remaining ingredients except the coconut milk, and blend until the mixture starts to stick together (about 2 minutes).
Slowly add coconut milk until the mixture holds together when pressed with your fingers.
Put the shredded coconut in a shallow bowl and the coconut milk in another one.
Roll the mixture in your hands to make 15 bites.
Immerse each bite in coconut milk and roll in the shredded coconut until the bite is completely coated.
Refrigerate and enjoy.

2 no salt-added canned chickpeas (19 oz/540 ml), rinsed, drained and patted dry
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
Place the rack in the middle position and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the spices.
Remove the chickpeas from the oven. Drizzle the olive oil over the chickpeas and stir until all the chickpeas are lightly coated with olive oil.
Add spice mixture to chickpeas, stirring until evenly coated.
Bake for about 20 minutes (stir after 10 minutes), until desired crispiness is achieved.
Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
Note
If the chickpeas soften after a few days, simply re-crisp them in the oven for 2-5 minutes at 325°F (170°C).
