TELUS Mental Health Index

The December 2024 Canadian report examines the state of mental health by looking at employer coverage for mental health, medication use, and social wellbeing. 

Here are some highlights you will get from the report 

• 36 percent of workers have a high mental health risk. 
• Only 45 percent of workers are satisfied with their employer's mental health coverage.
• 57 percent of workers say they would be impacted by a reduction in mental health benefits provided by their employer.
• 32 percent of workers would prefer more social contact.
