Drawing from 5 Singaporean surveys conducted quarterly in 2024 and early 2025, this resource offers leaders a clear picture of workplace challenges over time and how to address them. 

### Key trends and findings 

#### Mental health in the workplace remains an area of concern

- 40 per cent of workers in Singapore face constant stress.
- More than one-third of the working population remains at high mental health risk.

#### Mental health has a significant effect on workplace productivity

- 39 per cent of workers in Singapore reported that their mental health was negatively impacting productivity at work.
- Younger workers are particularly affected, with 48 per cent of Gen Zers and 45 per cent of Millennials admitting to this issue. 

#### A positive workplace culture fosters engagement and retention

- Highly engaged employees report 70 per cent higher wellbeing compared to their less engaged counterparts.
- 46 per cent of employees in Singapore would prefer better support for their wellbeing over a 10 per cent salary increase.
