TELUS Mental Health Index

The December 2024 report for the United States examines the state of mental health by looking at employer coverage for mental health, medication use, and social wellbeing. 

Here are some highlights you will get from the report 

• 25 per cent of workers have a high mental health risk. 
• Only 49 per cent of workers are satisfied with their employer's mental health coverage.
• 45 per cent of workers say they would be impacted by a reduction in mental health benefits provided by their employer.
• 28 per cent of workers would prefer more social contact.
